These Terms of Service govern your use of BuildSignals' services. By engaging with us — including by phone, SMS, or through our website — you agree to these terms.

1. Services

BuildSignals provides lead generation and appointment setting services for kitchen and bathroom remodeling businesses. Our services include outreach to homeowners, appointment scheduling, and CRM setup as described in your service agreement.

2. SMS Communications

By verbally consenting during a phone call or booking an appointment, you agree to receive SMS messages from BuildSignals. These messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Service updates and follow-ups
• Information relevant to your engagement with BuildSignals

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

3. Service Guarantees

Guarantees are specific to the package purchased and are outlined in your individual service agreement. Refund eligibility is subject to the terms of that agreement. BuildSignals reserves the right to determine whether guarantee conditions have been met based on documented performance data.

4. Payment

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in the applicable guarantee terms. Disputed charges must be raised within 30 days of the invoice date.

5. Client Responsibilities

To receive the full benefit of our services, clients agree to:

• Attend scheduled appointments or provide advance notice of cancellations
• Respond to BuildSignals communications in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information about their business and service area
• Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with referred leads

6. Limitation of Liability

BuildSignals is not liable for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or damages arising from circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to a client's failure to follow up with referred leads, market conditions, or client business decisions. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement, including but not limited to lead data, business strategies, and pricing structures.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Early termination does not entitle the client to a refund unless guarantee conditions apply.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Yolo County, California.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
